He is an easy teacher especially for online classes right now. All your speeches are submitted on YouTube then you send him your speech. He is kind of a tough grader, but is manageable to pass if you do all assignments and follow his grading criteria. His lectures are really funny and interesting. All his assignments are straight forward.

He's somehow mean and not communicable, being passive-aggressive to students. Don't feel like he wants his students to succeed in his class, but he's just doing his job. Terrible instructor. Not recommended, especially if you're not a native speaker.

The final is difficult its not based off the reading or lectures. He goes off topic a lot in his lectures and doesn't fact-check. The quizzes are repetitive but no feedback is given or explanation. So it's hard to improve.

Pretty easy class. All speeches were online videos which could all be rerecorded multiple times except for one. Going to zoom meetings is not mandatory, but helpful if you want to know the answers for the quiz and final. The hard questions on his quizzes are on his slides.

Professor Lee has very entertaining lectures, and the presentations

themselves are easy to get through. His final almost tanked my gpa. I held onto my A for dear life as he never gives full credit on written assignments even if you meet every piece of criteria. I suggest maintaining a high grade for most of the quarter as a safety net for his exams

For someone who isn't comfortable with public speaking, I enjoyed the class. Assignments are straightforward just make sure to follow the outlines & format and to read the instructions clearly. Choose easy/simple topics for your speeches. Two short quizzes & a final. Can be hard but just make sure to look at the lecture slides he provides carefully

The speeches were fairly easy to do and some of the quizzes were alright, but the final exam was very difficult. Professor Lee is a funny guy, but never stays on his points in his lectures. Just do easy and comfortable topics for yourself, but the quizzes and final exam can be hell at times.

Presentations are pretty easy. But the quizzes and the final is something different. His presentation and textbook doesn't even give the answers. Man was I struggling to do the final exam. It really determines your grade if you don't do good. Class was harder than I thought coming from a 4.0 student

Professor Lee's lectures are very easy to pay attention to, and if you take decent notes, you can use them on quizzes and the final. Choose simple speech topics and you will have no problems getting an A. Fun class, even online.

He is a good teacher if you need to take public speaking. He has lectures that are not mandatory and you can watch later. Although, I recommend attending them because they are not boring. His assignments are pretty straight forward and he is one of the better teachers for online teaching. If you are nice to him he is nice to you.

The professor goes off on a lot of tangents that doesn't necessarily pertain to the subject at hand. I took him over the summer, and his lectures were lengthy without substance. You are better off studying from the textbook. His final and tests are easy, at least, just be sure to submit all the assigned presentations.

Mr. Lee was so nice and understanding. I had an emergency and he still gave me full credit. He always replied to me on time. One of the best teachers there. He graded easily, his class was simple just two short quiz's and one final. (Pay attention to the two quiz's you'll see them on the final)! Overall I would take again.

Always looked forward to his class, lectures were him talking about current events, funny stories, and of course the material you're learning. He really is a funny and chill guy so bay area the whole class loved it. Made sure to give you feedback, DON'T piss him off & buy the book for the final exam. Also, don't walk in and out!! 10/10 recommend

5 speeches, a couple online assignments, two short written papers and a written final. It's important to show up on lecture days since you can use your notes on the final!! I looked forward to him talking about current events at the beginning of class everyday. He gives constructive criticism and allows you to express yourself in speeches.

Lots of presentations! I watched different types of people take this class and gotten a lot more comfortable and confident into public speaking. Peter is a good teacher who means well and makes sure that we're getting something from this class. I met a lot of people from here that I still remember and would love to go back to this class!

BEWARE!This wasnt a speech class. It was a class where the Lee mostly spoke about his life and his opinions that he considered facts. Hes a tough grader with impossible standards. Do not ask him any questions because he will get mad at you and speak to you as if you were a child. If English is your second language dont take this class.

This professor just for native speaker only! No more! For example, almost people play the phone in the class, he just said to an international student (obvious not born here) "don play phone" and showed anger. How bad. Final is tight, and it even needs time more than Ewrite 1. It is written about lots of question, But he just gave around 1 hour.
